Fix'n'Chips
are an established and experienced IT Support company that offer a wide
range of support services ranging from onsite technical support to data
recovery and broadband networking. Our aim is to provide a whole new
level of service to our clients. We have a small selection of
engineers, all locally based to offer you a personalised support
service.

Our services are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week for Home & Business users in the
Midlands area. Fast, friendly & professional support you can trust at

you, you won't find anyone better. At Fix'n'Chips we won't confuse
you with technical jargon. We're here to help you and we do that in
plain, simple english. Our aim is to impress all our customers so,
if you have a request that we have not included on the site, feel

What are your charges? We constantly review our charging structure to ensure that it remains as competitive as possible and always represents excellent value for money. All prices are printed beside each service.
Are your telephone lines really open 24/7? Yes, all calls to Fix'n'Chips will either be answered or returned 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our engineers are ready for a call out whatever the time!
Which areas do you cover? Our engineers are based locally in the Midlands. We do not offer a UK wide service as we cannot offer a speedy response, with the highest level of service. See our map for more information.
No Fix - No Fee? If the engineer is unable to repair your issue then our No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that there will be nothing to pay for any parts or labour. A small callout fee (£10) to cover the engineer's travel costs or Collect and Return fee (£24.99) will only be owed.
Is there a callout fee to pay? We charge a small callout fee of £10 - this is intended only to cover the engineer's travel costs. If the engineer is in the area then this fee may be waived.
Do you charge for travelling time? No. We do not charge for travelling time - only the time spent by the engineer working on your computer is chargeable by fixed prices displayed beside each job.
Are Are your engineers fully qualified? Our engineers are fully qualified Microsoft certified and all with years of experience. They are carefully selected through an intensive interview process and have all spent many years working in the computer industry. All have had industry support roles and pass on their skills to you.
Which methods of payment do you accept? Onsite engineers accept cash and cheques (up to £50). If you wish to call our office and pay by card you can do so. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Switch.
Is your work guaranteed? Our work is fully guaranteed for one month. All components are supplied new and are covered by a full twelve months parts warranty.
Do you charge differently for businesses? Charges for both business and home users are printed with each service. Business charges for multiple services can be negotiated at discount rates.
Can I limit the booking to one or two hours' work? Most jobs have a price per job. However, if there is more work required this can be limited to a time that you state and the engineer will do his very best to complete the work within the agreed timescale.
Do you offer a Collect and Return Service? If you are too busy to hang around while our engineers work on your machine we do offer a Collect & Return service. For an extra fee of £24.99 a courier will collect the machine and an engineer will return it repaired within 5 days and plug your PC back.
What if I'm not happy with something? If you are not completely satisfied then call us on our direct number and speak to a customer service representative who will try to resolve the issue.
