Whether you drop you PC or laptop or your drive suddenly fails (early sign of this is a repeated clicking noise) Fix'n'Chips can recover your data. If you notice your drive may be at the early stages of failure then we recommend you do not use your PC and call for help immediately. Hard drives are very prone to failure. This is due to the very nature of their design.

If we are able to recover your data we will restore it to CD or DVD and can replace your hard drive with a new working model (see Hard drive upgrade).

In rare cases where we cannot recover your data we will not charge you. Only the engineers travel cost or collect and return charges need to be covered.

Prices below start from £69.99 and can go up depending on the extent and severity of damaged hard drive and amount of data to be recovered.
