Our Requirements:
Solid customer experience providing a high level of technical expertise, applying proactive solutions Put the customer first ensuring they are treated professionally at all times. Provide an excellent customer service without fail. Identify customer requirements through listening and asking the right questions. You will be representing the company, therefore your conduct & behaviour must be of the highest standard. Constantly liaising and communicating with our customers keeping them up-to date on progress. Responsibility for ensuring all technical work completed is of a very high standard. Supplying training where necessary. Car owner with full clean driving license and passport No past or current criminal convictions Knowledge of technical background and work experience Technical qualifications in A+, MCPs or MCSE Experience with the following Operating Systems, software and hardware:
