We can upgrade from any choice of Operating Systems (the software that starts your PC):

- Windows XP
If you just choose to upgrade the operating system, then any personal data on the computer will be perfectly ok. Our engineers will ensure that all your PC components are in working order. Such as the sound, video, keyboard and mouse. Any other software or configuration that needs to be installed will not be included with the service. But the engineer can be hired for this if required.
There are various upgrade paths depending on which OS you have installed. See chart below:
Vista is the newest operating system released from Microsoft. Your machine needs to be of a specific minimum specification (1ghz processor, 512mb memory & 20gb HD) to upgrade to this. If the upgrade path is a no then a clean install is required. See the Windows Installation service for this. Call to find what's best for you.
